Brisbane Function’s ‘All-in-One’ package is flexible, convenient and affordable for every occasion!

Below is what is included in our packages.

Please go to the menu pages to select the menu you are interested in and the prices for the packages are underneath each different menu. The different venues have different costs.

The All-in-One Package includes:

• Single venue for up to 6 hours
• Sit down or cocktail furniture
• Linen, napkins, crockery and cutlery
• Selected catering menu
• Selection of teas, fresh filtered coffee and chilled water
• Continuous consultation with a Riverlife Functions Co-ordinator

BEVERAGES

• Allowance for BYO beverages
• Cold room for beverage storage
• Bar staff to provide bar service of BYO beverages
• Complete bar set up

DECORATING

• Chair covers with a variety of sash colours to choose from are included for sit down functions
• To make your function truly individual, Riverlife is happy for you to source your own decorations or we can recommend suppliers who work with us.
• Client is responsible for set up and removal of decorations on the day

Each venue has a backdrop of the sunset over the water, the lights of the Brisbane CBD, the greenery of the botanical gardens and the flotilla of neighbouring moored yachts.

ENTERTAINMENT

• PA system with ipod facility is included
• Alternatively, Riverlife is happy for you to source your own entertainment (DJ/dukebox/band).

Additional Beverage Costs (not included in the All-in-One Package):

• Glassware                                       $1.00 per glass
  (Minimum 3 glasses per person)
• Mixing of Spirits                              $4.50 per person
• Tray / Table Service of Alcohol           $4.50 per person

VENUE INFORMATION

• A Security Bond of $1000 is required one week before the event.
• This package requires the client to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
• Riverlife can supply a beverage package.
• Special dietary requirements and/or vegetarian options can be catered for by Riverlife.
• There is no on-sight parking at Riverlife.
• Client is responsible for set up and removal of decorations on the day
